Most custom orders are processed within 3–7 business days after the design is approved. Processing time may vary depending on the product, quantity, and season. You will receive an update once your order is ready to ship or for pickup.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Please note that custom production time is separate from shipping time.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order details.
When will I receive my Refund?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please review all design details carefully before approving your order.
